Welcome to PERUZI NASI, I hope you will grow up healthy and progress well with the responsibilities and procedures of submitting your application for teacher employment through the OTEAS system. in this article we are going to show you step by step how and how to submit your application fluently.
So then let get started for all steps that you shoul follow;
IPORTANT THINGS
Before you signedin in this syestem you need to have the following things
- NIN number
- Email address
this two things will help you on creating your account and will be used as a login details when you want to visit yout OTEAS darshboard
Then after having NIN number and email now vistit OTEAS andress https://ajira.tamisemi.go.tz/#/authentication/login and creat new accout.To creat new account please go to ”JISAJILI”
FIRST STEP
Then the system will open a new window and it will aske you to fill in some deatils like
- your email adress
- pasword
- select your application type
- mobile phone number
When you finnish to fill all required details click ”ENDELEA’ and new window will open to the next step
SECOND STEP
In this step will require to fill your Nida number and confirm your detail and this will be done through some qouestions.
Example of quiestions asked to confirm your NIDA details
- Jina la kata ulikojiandikishia
- Mwaka uliomaliza darasa la saba
- Jina la kwanza la mama
- Jina la kati la mama
- Jina la mwisho la mama
- Jina la makazi ya kudumu
- Mwaka uliomaliza darasa la saba
NB; in this section make sure you proved correct answer as you do when registering for NIDA id. Because the information should match with that of NIDA.
After filling in the NIDA information where you will need to answer only two questions to verify your information in relation to the ones you filled in when you register NIDA you will click ” CONTINUE ” it will open another page and fill in the personal information
THIRD STEP
The personal information will include your name, gender, email address, date of birth, phone number, job application and more
After that you will click on the word ”HIFADHI” and it will open another page that you will need to fill in your secondary education information.
FOUTH STEP
on this page you will fill in the exam number, the year you finished school, and the certificate.
Once you have completed filling out the secondary education information you will also click on the word ”HIFADHI” and it will open on another page and in this page you will have to fill in the college education information.
In this page you will fill in the name of the college, the level of education, the name of the course you studied, the registration number, the year of graduation of the college, you will upload the certificate and transcipt.
After filling in all the information on this page click on the word ” HIFADHI ” the story will open another page for you and you will need to fill in some information on that page.
At this point you will have to choose teaching subjects based on what you studied in college.
After selecting teaching subjects you will click on the word ”HIFADHI” and it will open another page for you.
On this new page you will make a selection of 5 schools from the Regions and the system will provide you with schools with a shortage of teachers due to your chosen teaching subjects immediately after filling the Region you want.
